Shipping Policy

We can ship in packaging with 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 bottles with our couriers, shipping costs are listed at the check out. Please note customs duties and taxes maybe charged to you in order to receive your shipment. These duties are not quantifiable when the items are shipped from Italy and depend on the destination country. The following countries are subject to extra duty and taxes: Andorra, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland. 

We are a small team so it can take us between 1-10 work days to prepare your order for pick up, we thank you for your patience and understanding. Delivery times after depend on your delivery address:

Orders shipping to Italy: 1-3 work days 

Orders shipping to EU: 1-7 work days

Orders shipping to USA: 15-20 work days

Once our courier has picked up your wines, 2-5 days later you will receive a tracking number to be able to follow your delivery
