This wine is made with Vermentino grapes from our lowest elevation. In order to create a product more elegant, we allowed a 30-day maceration on the skins, resulting in a rich golden hue and enhanced aromatic complexity. To complete the profile, 50% of the wine was aged in new French oak barrels, adding depth, texture, and a generous mouthfeel.

On the nose, this wine reveals expressive notes of fresh herbs, honey, and a hint of orange marmalade. On the palate, vibrant acidity and marked minerality harmonize beautifully with the richness imparted by the oak.
