100% Vermentino

Thanks to a hot vintage, our 2023 Vermentino grapes had the perfect quality necessary for an extended maceration on the skins. We kept the skins in contact with the wine for 3 weeks in order to get a rich golden colour and more complexity. As a final touch we aged 50% of the production in French oak barrels to give the wine a full and rich mouthfeel.
